A day of joy

Lots of laughs...

Lots of hugs...

Lots of stories...

The other day we drove up to Pocatello to see Grandma and Grandpa Thompson.
It was the perfect day!
They have a very special place in our hearts.
There's no one like Grandma. I've always thought she was an Angel here on earth. She has a special gift for making everyone feel important. And of course, Grandpa is wonderful! It is so cute to see them interact with each other. It's quite comical and endearing. They take such good care of each other but also tease along the way.
They have so many wonderful stories to share and so much love. The moment you walk into their home you feel their love for you.
The time we get to spend with them is a treasure. We love them both so much.
Like I said... the perfect day.

Santa!!!

Heath and Sarah sent this picture to me and I love it.
Lincoln and Eva Marie seem to be really checking Santa Claus out.

It is always a wonderful surprise when Santa comes to visit Noni and Pap's house. One minute we're eating dinner and the next, bells are jingling and grandkids are screaming. This year no one (Carmen) was screaming in fear, only with excitement. It is so much fun. Even the "kids" over 30 love it.

Ho Ho Ho

Every one was here except for Heath's family. They're at home in Texas.

I always love watching the kids look for Santa's Sleigh up in the sky as he leaves.
It's Magical.

It's Halloween Time

Let it begin. Our first stop... The Yarro's!

Justin is our dear dear friend and also happens to be an amazing make-up artist! He made Halloween extra awesome this year. Finn looked so cool! Thank you Justin!

Here's Canaan! He looked incredible!

We had such a fun night.
The kids looked so great in their costumes and loved the entire night.
Cecily was Alice in Wonderland, Isabella was the Mad Hatter, Francesca was the Queen of Hearts, and Finn was a Punk Zombie.

Finnegan's first basketball game

Basketball season has started up again and Finnegan is excited about it.
He is such a hustler and works hard in whatever sport he's playing.
It's going to be really fun to watch him this season.

"Mom, I made the shot!"
(Finnegan made the first basket and he was very surprised and happy.)

Great Job Finn!

Big Red

It's always a great day for Finnegan when he gets to ride his horse and be with his Pap.
Pap is actually not suppose to be walking on his broken leg, but he rarely listens. He managed to saddle Big Red with Finn! He's a terrible patient, but we love him.
