HAPPY EASTER

Easter morning is always fun and very early. We all wake up, find our baskets, and have a big yummy breakfast. This year the Easter Bunny hid our baskets in very tricky places. I think, by the time the kids found their baskets, Tyler and I had each finished our first diet coke of the day and were ready to go back to bed. I'm just teasing. It was such a fun morning and I love seeing Isabella, Francesca, Finnegan, and Cecily, enjoy everything. They are truly the best kids in the world!

Noni and Pap's Easter Egg Hunt

A crazy thing happened today... we woke up to snow!

Mimi's Easter Egg Hunt

Mimi's Easter Egg Hunt is so much fun! The second the door is opened the kids are running around the yard gathering treats and prizes. They're so excited that they can't help but laugh. It's so sweet to watch the older kids make sure that the little ones' baskets are getting full too. What a great tradition!

Temple Square

This was a great night. It's always good to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and remember what it's really about. We took the kids to Temple Square and we got to see a really sweet film on families. Tyler and I were so emotional. Our kids loved the film and the sister missionaries were so cute with them.

Happy Birthday Mom and Hilary

Of course we had to have an Alice in Wonderland party for the two birthday girls, Mom and Hilary, since it was opening weekend. They even dressed up like the Queen of Hearts, each in their own version of course. I think my Mom would have actually worn her dress to the movie but Finnegan told her that he would be too embarrassed to go with her if she did. I think Tyler was relieved.

For Family Night, Tyler set up a giant tent in our basement. We had pizza/movie party inside it. The kids loved it and begged to sleep in it that night, the next night, and the next. What did we expect?
