Last Day of School

Today was the last day of school. It is always a bitter sweet day.

The first day of school is always emotional for me (especially this year when I drove home to an empty house). However, the last day of school is worse.

I remember Isabella's last day of Kindergarten. When she fell asleep that night I just cried. All of a sudden she seemed so big to me. I think it was at that moment I realized that time with my four "little ones" was going to fly by.

This past year, my kids have had wonderful teachers. Good teachers are a blessing. I am always so grateful for great teachers. Our kids have learned so much and have felt loved in the process.

It's hard to believe that it's really over! Wow! Summer time is here!

"Samurai Soccer" Champion

They were undefeated and had a fun season.

Spring soccer was really fun this year. Tyler was the coach and all of the kids loved him, especially Finnegan. They had a great team and Finn played awesome!

When I came across this picture it made me smile. I love my kids with all of my heart. Every moment is a treasure. I love being a mom! Time goes so fast though. I can't believe all that has changed since this picture was taken. Wow!

Late night homework

There are some nights when Isabella will get home from dance class quite late and still have homework to finish. Tonight she had to finish her rock collection and Lola stayed by her side until the project was complete. We love Lola.
